DO YOU HAVE A DESIRE OF BECOMING AN ENTREPRENEUR? READ THIS

In most of the African countries particular Tanzania, there is a high number of youths who are unemployed. Most of the universities graduands are remaining jobless despite of having skills and knowledge on different field including management, technology, business management, engineering, e.t.c.

To fight against this problem, the Government and other stakeholders are insisting youths to become entrepreneurs. Financial institutions are directed to grant soft loans to the youths so that they can establish their own business. The big problem is, most of youths they don't know the starting point of becoming an entrepreneur and they lack the quality of a risk taker since the entrepreneur is the one who is ready to take risks. 

By regarding this, most of experts in Entrepreneurship have written various books and journals on HOW TO BECOME AN ENTREPRENEUR and here there are some points to take if you real want to become your own boss!!!

1. Create your Idea, everything in life start with an idea, the same applies to most of businesses. Whether it is a product or services people need, remember that ideas don't matter, what matter is what you do with them. Analyzing things like the starting cost of your new business, the popularity of the services or product you want offer and how to offer that services or product. 

2. Prepare your business plan, you should plan how you"ll run your new business. Normally business plan must cover things like product/services description, market analysis, competition, marketing, sales and finance.

3. Get financial support, think about any potential financial institution to get money for your new company. If you arranged well your business plan, they will be interested to invest in your business.

4. Now Offer your Services or Product, start to sale and distribute the services or product you produce. Expand your market as time went on. Focus on selling and distributing your product or services in best delivery than the other companies.

5. Create/ Expand your Network, meet with experienced entrepreneurs, by meeting with them you gain contacts and look for new opportunities. Moreover, you learn how entrepreneurs addressing different business issues.

NOTE: Planing for a failure is always better than failing to plan.
